Kyoto – Nara - Osaka

After breakfast, by surface leave for Osaka, enroute visit historic city of Nara. type of transport or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be revised accordingly

Request for early check-in or late check-out is to the discretion of the hotel unless pre-booked and

pre-paid in advance.

There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.

Confirmed tours may be preponed or postponed by the company in mutual agreement with in-case

of certain circumstances which are beyond its control like earthquake or any other natural calamity,

political disturbances, security problems etc. and guests/agents are bound to agree and co-operate

with company’s decision and make necessary suitable adjustments.

Reservation policy

Package confirmation is subject to receipt of 75% payment.

Hotels are subjected to availability, if not available similar category will be provided.

Cancelation Policy

 If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. 

If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. 

If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. 

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.

However no refund will be provided for the same.
