Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on Makeufun.com. This agreement with help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and Make U Fun. By becoming a Make U Fun customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. Make U Fun has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. Make U Fun encourages you to print out a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.
General Information
The total price given on the Website includes base fare, applicable government taxes, and convenience fee.
Customers are requested to pay the entire amount before confirming their bookings. In case of not paying the entire amount, customers may be subjected to cancel the booking. After bookings customers are also subjected to agree to pay all taxes, surcharges, and fees, as applicable on the date of travel. In the case of infants, the child must be under 2 years throughout the entire journey. If the child is 2 years or above on the return journey, the customer will be requested to make a separate booking using a separate fare. As per the guidelines of airlines, an adult must accompany the child or infant. The customer must ensure priorly about the availability of offers and services incase of traveling or booking for a differently abled person. Because some of our offers and travel packages do not include specific offers for differently abled people.
Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy
If you cancel prior to 30 days from the start date of the trip, 25% of the booking value will be deducted as cancellation fees.
If you cancel prior to 15-30 days from the start date of the trip, 50% of the booking value will be deducted as cancellation fees.
If you cancel within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the booking value will be deducted as cancellation fees.
In case of any unavoidable circumstances, bad weather conditions or any restrictions by the government, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the tour manager will try their best to provide an alternate activity.
However, a refund will not be provided for the same.
