Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar & Local Sightseeing

Arrival at Srinagar International Airport, where you will be warmly received by our representative. Proceed for local sightseeing in Srinagar.

Visit the famous Mughal Gardens including Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, known for their stunning landscapes and historical significance.

In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on the scenic Dal Lake.

Later, transfer to a Hotel. Dinner and

Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 02: Srinagar to Gulmarg

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Gulmarg, a popular hill station known for its breathtaking beauty.

The day is free to explore Gulmarg and enjoy the famous Gulmarg Gondola ride (at your own cost).

Later, transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Gulmarg.

Note: It is recommended to pre-book Gondola tickets at least one month in advance.

Day 03: Gulmarg to Pahalgam via Awantipora (Approx. 97 Km / 3 Hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Pahalgam.

Enroute, visit the historic Awantipora Ruins.

Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure exploring the scenic surroundings of the Lidder River and local markets.

Dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Optional: Visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari by local vehicle (at additional cost).

Day 04: Pahalgam to Srinagar Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Srinagar.

Upon arrival, transfer to Srinagar International Airport for your onward journey.

Payment Terms

Guest can pay by Cheque / Demand Draft/ Debit card / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 1.8 % convenience charge will be applicable Cheque / Demand draft should be in favour of “Make U Fun Holidayz“.

Reservation policy

Package confirmation is subject to receipt of 75% payment.
Hotels are subjected to availability, if not available similar category will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
However no refund will be provided for the same.

Frequently Asked Questions

What documents are required for the trip?
For Indian nationals, a Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License is mandatory. For children, a School ID or Birth Certificate is needed. Foreign nationals must carry their Passport, a valid Indian Visa, OCI Card, or PIO Card. Ensure you carry the same ID used during booking and a passport-size photograph.
Are water sports included in the package?
Water sports like Scuba Diving, Sea Walking, and Dolphin Boat rides are not included in the package cost and are available at additional charges. Activities are subject to weather conditions and availability.
What happens if the ferry to Havelock or Ross Island is canceled due to bad weather?
In case of ferry cancellations due to weather or government restrictions, alternative arrangements will be made. However, refunds for the ferry tickets will not be provided and will be governed by the cancellation policy.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out at the hotels?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and at the hotel's discretion. Please inform us in advance for any specific requests.
Is there any flexibility in the itinerary?
The itinerary acts as a guideline and is subject to changes based on weather conditions, ferry schedules, and government regulations. We will brief you on any changes during the trip to ensure a seamless experience.
