Fly in to Port Blair Airport. Our representative will meet and assist you at the Veer Savarkar Airport. Board the waiting vehicles, drive to your hotel and check in and Later in the afternoon proceed for visit to Cellular Jail followed by light and sound show. The Cellular Jail has a pride of place in India’s freedom struggle. Many a stalwart were imprisoned here. Declared a national memorial, this three storey prison constructed by Britishers in 1906, is a pilgrimage destination for freedom fighters. This colossal edifice has mutely witnessed the most treacherous of inhumane atrocities borne by the convicts, who were mostly freedom fighters. The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail which gives you a vivid experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for independence. Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair.

*Entry to Cellular jail and Museum closes by 1600hrs and light n sound show is open every day 1800hrs. For English show Request to TM only on Mon , Wed & Friday

• In case your flight lands in the afternoon, we may offer to take you direct from the airport to Cellular Jail so that you are able to watch the Sound & Light show.
• If your hotel is located at Wandoor or Chidiyatapu, we will first take you to Cellular Jail and then drop you to the hotel.
• Please note that since vehicles are not allowed to wait outside Cellular Jail, all guests will be dropped at the parking point (approximately 400mtrs from the entry gate of the Jail) and will have to walk from the parking point until the entrance. Once the Jail visit or Sound & Light show is done, the guest will have to walk back to the parking point to board the vehicle.

Trip to Elephant Beach- Embark on the most memorable trip, just 40 min by Boat this beach offers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for water sports lovers. The boat goes right up to the beach, It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 meter. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. (Note- This trip is inclusive of transfers & boat charges, this trip may change to Light house due to weather conditions, Ferry Operation is purely Subjected to Govt clearance.
• The boats to Elephant Beach are managed by a boat association who need individual guest to fill a consent form after which boats are allotted based on rotation and sharing basis.
• Due to limited boats guest may have to wait until their boat is allotted and we have no control over the wait time.
• Please carry change of clothes, towel, cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen and wear comfort clothing for this trip.

In case of ferry cancellations due to weather or government restrictions, alternative arrangements will be made. However, refunds for the ferry tickets will not be provided and will be governed by the cancellation policy.
