Itinerary

Day 00: Delhi to Manali (Overnight Journey)

Includes:

  • Arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station. Meet and greet by our representative, followed by an overnight drive to Manali (approx. 550 km / 12–13 hrs).
  • Overnight journey.

Meals : –

Day 01: Arrival in Manali

Includes:

  • Upon arrival in Manali, transfer to the hotel and check-in.
  • After freshening up, the day is free for leisure to relax and acclimatize or explore the surroundings at your own pace.
  • Overnight stay in Manali.

Meals:  Dinner

Day 02: Manali Local Sightseeing

Includes:

  • After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing in Manali.
  • Visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Club House Manali, Van Vihar Manali, Tibetan Monastery Manali, and Mall Road Manali.
  • Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 03: Solang Valley Excursion

Includes: 

  • After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Solang Valley.
  • Enjoy adventure activities such as paragliding, skiing, snow scooter rides, and ziplining(at additional cost and subject to weather conditions).
  • Later, return to Manali. Overnight stay in Manali.

Optional: Visit Atal Tunnel, Rohtang Pass/ Snow Point (at additional cost and subject to permits & availability).

Note: Rohtang Pass remains closed from mid-November to mid-May.

Day 04: Manali to Delhi via Kullu (Departure)

Includes:

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for your return journey to Delhi.
  • Enroute, visit Kullu, known for its scenic beauty and optional adventure activities.
  • Upon arrival in Delhi, transfer to Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey.
  • Depart with beautiful memories of Manali.

  • ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour
  • For NRI and Foreign National Guests along with Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
  • Carry one passport size photo

  • No bookings have been done; the above is only a proposal & subject to availability of services.
  • The airfare/airport tax mentioned are as per today & any increase in the same is payable by The Traveller before departure.
  • The above itinerary acts as a guideline of the tour, hence the days & timing of the activities may change based on operational feasibility, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances..
  • The official check-in time is 1400 hrs& check-out time is 1200 hrs at all the hotels.

Payment Terms

  • Guest can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit card / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 1.8 % convenience charge will be applicable Cheque / Demand draft should be in favour of “Make U Fun Holidayz“.

 

Reservation policy

  • Package confirmation is subject to receipt of 75% payment.
  • Hotels are subjected to availability, if not available similar category will be provided.

 

Cancelation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
  • However no refund will be provided for the same.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For Indian nationals, a Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driving License is mandatory. For children, a School ID or Birth Certificate is needed. Foreign nationals must carry their Passport, a valid Indian Visa, OCI Card, or PIO Card. Ensure you carry the same ID used during booking and a passport-size photograph.

  • Water sports like Scuba Diving, Sea Walking, and Dolphin Boat rides are not included in the package cost and are available at additional charges. Activities are subject to weather conditions and availability.

  • In case of ferry cancellations due to weather or government restrictions, alternative arrangements will be made. However, refunds for the ferry tickets will not be provided and will be governed by the cancellation policy.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and at the hotel's discretion. Please inform us in advance for any specific requests.

  • The itinerary acts as a guideline and is subject to changes based on weather conditions, ferry schedules, and government regulations. We will brief you on any changes during the trip to ensure a seamless experience.
